Below are some frequently asked questions which we have uploaded so that people who have similar problems can sort out. If this FAQ does not help, please contact us here.

Q. How do I order?
A. Click the Add to Cart button on the products page for the size of the shirt you would like to order. You will then be taken to the checkout which you can either enter card details to pay or use a paypal account.

Q. How do I process my order?
A. You can view your cart by clicking 'View Cart' in the nav menu to the left of the page. You can then process your order through there, follow the steps for entering your payment and your shirt should be with you shortly.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. All our transactions are through paypal. Do not let this discourage you though because you do not need a Paypal account to buy things on this website. Although we use Paypal, an account is not necessary. Our Paypal payment method allows anyone with a credit or debit card to shop on this website. If you do have a Paypal account, you can use this to speed the process up.

Q. Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
A. All the major credit and debit cards are accepted such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express plus many others.

Q. You have sent me the wrong t-shirt (a different t-shirt from the one I ordered)?
A. If we have sent you the wrong t-shirt or size from the order you placed with us, we will replace it free or charge so long as it is an unused condition, the tags have not been taken off and we receive the t-shirt no more than 28 days after you received the t-shirt. If all of the above is in order then please use our contact page (click here) to contact us and we will send you through a returns sheet.

Q. I have ordered the wrong t-shirt from the one I ordered?
A. We will offer you a refund for the price of the t-shirt at the time you ordered with us but we will not refund the postage and packaging costs. The t-shirt must be in an unused condition, the tags have must not have been taken off and we receive the t-shirt no more than 28 days after you received the t-shirt. If all of the above is in order then please use our contact page (click here) to contact us and we will send you through a returns sheet.

Q. I do not like the t-shirt (but it is the one I ordered)?
A. Despite being disappointed that you do not like our t-shirts we will offer you a refund for the price that you ordered it from us but we will not refund the postage and packaging costs. The t-shirt must be in an unused condition, the tags have must not have been taken off and we receive the t-shirt no more than 28 days after you received the t-shirt. If all of the above is in order then please use our contact page (click here) to contact us and we will send you through a returns sheet.

Q. I have ordered the wrong size t-shirt?
A. We will replace your t-shirt to one that will fit better or offer you a refund for the price of the t-shirt (not inc. p&p). The t-shirt must be in an unused condition, the tags have must not have been taken off and we receive the t-shirt no more than 28 days after you received the t-shirt.

Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. We will ship abroad but we would urge you to get in touch with us before so we can give you a more accurate p+p price. If you do not contact us (and the item is to be shipped outside the UK) we will refund you straight away without processing your order.

Q. How should I wash and iron an ethos t-shirt?
A. Please use this as a guide and we do not take responsibility for any damaged clothing. We recommend washing at 40 degrees with the t-shirt turned inside-out but to be economical if it suggested that people wash at 30 degrees. We urge not to iron the print though as this will ruin the design.
